About the Role

We’re currently looking for a highly motivated Customer Success Associate as we grow our team responsible for onboarding and customer success. The ideal candidate will have a consistent track record of success, an ability to develop relationships and help clients succeed, and strong financial acumen. You will be a trusted MyFO product expert, playing a key role in providing a white glove onboarding experience and proactive support to set clients up for success with MyFO.

Requirements

What you will be doing:

  • Provide outstanding customer experience to a portfolio of MyFO clients

  • Proactively maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction that translate to retention and growth.

  • Collaborate with team members in customer success, customer support and sales to ensure issues are resolved and customer needs are met. 

  • Explore and share customer feedback to drive the product roadmap. 

  • Become an expert on our product and common desired outcomes to support clients from onboarding, retention and growth. 

  • Implement onboarding plans that guide customers towards achieving their goals and realizing value. 

You have:

  • 1-3 years in a customer-facing role (ex: Customer Success, Customer Support, Account Management, Sales)
  • Proven success in a SaaS or software company – bonus points for experience with wealthtech/fintech applications
  • A problem-solving mindset with a passion for exceeding customer expectations
  • Strong financial acumen 
  • Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM platforms
  •  

You are:

  • A self-starter with the ability to navigate and execute in ambiguous environments

  • Empathetic and able to build strong relationships with clients

  • Detail-oriented, especially when it comes to numbers 

  • Eager to learn and develop within a customer success career path

This is a full time position. HQ is located in Vancouver, BC.

The salary range for this position is $45k – $65k / year.
