Requirements
What you will be doing:
Lead sales efforts from initial outreach to closing, building robust processes that contribute to long-term success.
Cultivate strong, professional relationships with key stakeholders, gaining a deep understanding of their business needs.
Conduct discovery calls and product demos that identify technical, business, and financial success criteria.
Own pipeline management and opportunity qualification using established sales methodologies.
Partner with Account Managers and Customer Success Managers to drive and close business.
Negotiate contracts and build lasting relationships to expand our customer base post-sale.
Manage account planning and strategy to identify opportunities for growth.
You have:
- 3-5 years in a sales role with experience in financial services sales (insurance, loans, trading desk sales etc).
- Proven success in a SaaS or software environment with complex deal structures.
- Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM platforms, with a focus on pipeline and data management.
- Strong financial acumen and familiarity with navigating high-net-worth client needs including C-level interactions and multi-division organizations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on active listening and impactful presentations.
- A self-starter with a proven track record of effective decision-making, strategic planning, and delivering results.
- Highly adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented, and fast-paced environment.
- A track record of meeting and exceeding personal and team sales targets.

This is a full time position. HQ is located in Vancouver, BC.
The salary range for this position is $50k – $90k / year.
